They had never rights for brand, it just didn't registred in China (only logo and Chinese brandnames could be registred in China, but they make different logo and write brand in Russian), so being sold there without restrictions. Some small businessmen from Russia and CIS countries who sell fake watches also buy that kind of watch, but such shops could be easiely sued by Slava trade house, becouse it's illigaly imported goods with improper brand usage. Slava trade house sued such persons already and now such fakes rearly seen in Russia.
